Choose one of the following:
Pork Dumplings
Ginger and shallot seasoned pork dumplings with a tamarind infused tomato sauce. Accented by ponzu dressed daikon and cilantro.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce dressed with garlic Dijon vinaigrette, tossed with Gruyere cheese and fresh herbs; Chef Thad’s take on a classic.

Second Course
Choose one of the following:
Panzanella
Italian bread salad tossed with Moroccan dry-cured olives, basil and arugula. Marinated with sherry-tomato vinaigrette.
Crab Cake
Served on saffron tomato sauce, accented with a fresh ponzu dressed bok choy salad

Third Course
Choose one of the following:
Pasta Carbonara
Linguine tossed with a mushroom cream sauce, served with or without applewood smoked bacon
Shrimp Skewers
Ginger marinated shrimp skewers. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, accompanied by Chef Thad’s complex Thai coconut milk sauce
Roasted Chicken
Frenched chicken breast marinated in a Moroccan spice blend. Served with confit ginger carrots and adorned with whole grain Dijon butter sauce.
