First Course
Choose one of the following:
Gruyère cheese fritter
A 2 year aged gruyère cheese seasoned with herbs and aromatics. Garnished with a daikon salad and a rich and tangy tamarind sauce.
Logan Salad
Baby greens tossed with a 30-year-old sherry vinaigrette and sprinkled with crispy garlic chips.

Second Course
Choose one of the following:
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce dressed with a garlic Dijon vinaigrette, tossed with Gruyere cheese and fresh herbs.
Penne & Cannellini beans
Cannellini beans, pancetta and spinach tossed with penne pasta and topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Third Course
Choose one of the following:
Bourbon pork loin
Pork loin marinated with Woodford reserve bourbon. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, oven roasted asparagus and a whole grain Dijon butter sauce.
Thai shrimp
Marinated shrimp skewers. Served with basmati rice and Chef Thad’s signature Thai sauce.
Beef Bolognese
Beef braised with red wine and aromatics tossed with linguine pasta and topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano.
