First Course
Autumn Pear Salad – A mix of young field green topped with a burgundy poached Bosc pear, dried cherries, blue cheese, spicy pecans and
mango-lime dressing
California Roll – Crab mix, avocado, cucumber, masago and sesame seeds
Scoozie – Fresh flat bread filled with bleu cheese, deep-fried and blessed with extra virgin olive oil. Topped with a sweet tomato-basil relish.
Second Course
Salmon – Scottish Atlantic salmon coated in black and white sesame seeds, pan seared. Accompanied with orange miso and port plum sauces. Served with a mango jasmine rice pilaf and brocolini.
Stuffed Chicken – Chicken roulade stuffed with wild mushrooms and leeks, topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce.
