Main Course – Choose Two
Sancocho Dominicano – National Dominican Republic dish; rich stew slowly cooked with chicken, pork, goat, beef, sausage, potatoes, yucca, plantains, corn, herbs and spices, served with white rice.
Tacos Fajita Supremos – Three flour tortillas filled with your choice of chicken or steak fajita with peppers, onions and tomatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Served with Mexican rice and black beans.
Mole Poblano plate – Your choice of tender shredded chicken, beef, or pork cooked with traditional Mole Poblano sauce, topped with sesame seeds. Served with rice, beans and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
