Buffalo Wings: We have been told they are the best wings in town by our guests. Deep-fried wings tossed in: Traditional Spicy, BBQ, or the specialty of the house Inferno style. Your choice of dipping sauce on the side: bleu cheese, ranch or BBQ.
Nachos: A fan favorite! A mound of corn tortilla chips made fresh then layered with cheddar and jack cheese, with lettuce, tomato and jalapenos. Choice of: Beef, Mesquite Chicken or Vegetarian made with fajita vegetables. Served with salsa and sour cream; guacamole upon request.
Pretzel Roll Turkey Melt: hand sliced turkey breast smothered with Swiss cheese and presented on a pretzel roll with lettuce and tomato; complimented with a side of honey mustard dressing.
French Dip: Slow roasted beef sliced thin and piled high; covered with provolone cheese and served with a side of au jus.
Italian Beef: Thin slices of marinated roast beef loaded on a ciabatta roll, then topped with banana peppers, jalapenos and melted provolone cheese.
BBQ Pork Sandwich: Pulled pork tenderloin slow cooked in Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque Sauce and served on an egg washed Kaiser bun with a slice of cheddar cheese.
Southern Salad: Mixed greens piled high with cheddar/jack cheese, tomatoes and bacon and your choice of deep-fried or grilled chicken. Try it with our buffalo wing sauce to make it spicy and it comes with the dressing of your choice.
The Coaches Salad: tossed bed of greens with cheddar/jack cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and diced ham and turkey; served with the dressing of your choice.

Spinach Dip: Spinach / artichoke dip served warm within a bread bowl with fresh made tortilla chips and bread are ideal for scooping.
Mozzarella Sticks: Mozzarella cheese breaded and deep-fried then served with either marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
Southwest Eggrolls: Grilled chicken, vegetables, black beans, cilantro and a blend of cheeses wrapped in a flour tortilla; then deep-fried and served with our own sweet chile mustard.

Whitefish: A fresh catch served either blackened or with lemon pepper seasonings; served with lemon butter.
New York Strip: A twelve ounce fine cut of meat cooked to your specification.
Smothered Chicken: Two chicken breasts layered with provolone cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms.
BBQ Platter: ½ slab of baby back ribs slow cooked to make them tender and a chicken breast char-grilled with Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce.
Pesto Cavatappi: A generous portion of corkscrew pasta tossed with wild mushrooms and our own pesto alfredo sauce topped with fresh shaved parmesan served with your choice of chicken or vegetables.
Pomodoro Cavatappi: Crushed vine –ripened tomatoes with fresh garlic and olive oil over corkscrew pasta topped with fresh shaved parmesan cheese served with your choice of chicken or vegetables.
