Spicy simmered chicken and choice of two vegetable selections served with injera bread. The vegetables include cabbage, collard greens, mixed vegetables, red lentils, green lentils, spicy peas and yellow split peas.
Vegetarian Plate
Choose three of our savory traditional vegan vegetable selections, served with injera bread. The vegetables include cabbage, collard greens, mixed vegetables, red lentils, green lentils, spicy peas and yellow split peas.
Doro be injera Bowl
Spicy Chicken, onions, mushrooms and Ayib herbal cheese baked in injera bowl served with yellow basmati rice pilaf and mixed vegetables.
