FIRST COURSE

Mini Fall Salad (GF/V): Kale, spinach, pomegranate seeds, roasted butternut squash, breakfast radish, peanut, honeycrisp apples, goat cheese with apple cider and agave vinaigrette

Seafood Gumbo: Andouille sausage, shrimp, peppers, onions, celery, ham stock, okra served atop Spanish rice

Fried Brussels (GF): Bacon, truffle honey, hummus, roasted peanuts. Topped with fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper

SECOND COURSE

Atlantic Misoyaki Salmon (GF): Smashed fried marble potatoes, creamed leeks, sesame, Michigan maple misoyaki

Fish Tacos (GF): Tortilla crusted tilapia, cumin, chipotle mayo, spicy cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, lime, corn tortilla

Short Rib Trottole Pasta: Braised short rib, trottole pasta, demi cream, roasted beech mushrooms, snow peas, carrot, peppery greens, parmesan

Scallop and Grits (GF): Sea scallops, shrimp, andouille sausage, sofrito, smoked red pepper grits, confit tomato, goat cheese, scallion curls

DESSERT

Trés Leches Carrot Cake: Soaked carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, dusted with cinnamon sugar

Cinnamon Caramel Panna Cotta: Cinnamon Caramel with Vanilla Panna Cotta and Outmeal Stuesel
